Silk Cut - Winter Sale

Silk Cut Lino has been specially made for artists from 100% natural ingredients, it is soft, fabric-backed, and easy to cut. Made from ecologically friendly renewable raw materials such as cork, linseed oil, limestone, rosin and wood flour. Every aspect, from harvesting raw materials through to the return to nature of the finished product, meets stringent environmentally-conscious standards. The natural raw materials that make up Silk Cut linoleum are harvested from sustainable crops, and at the end of its life it can be safely added to landfill refuse sites, where natural decomposition takes place.

Pencil-drawn lines are easily visible on Silk Cut Lino and holds sharp lines for clearer prints.

Lino should be sanded lightly with a fine grit sandpaper, before transferring any design and carving for consistent results when printing.

Note Silk Cut may vary slightly in size by 1-3mm due to manufacturing and manual cutting processes.

Marbled & Painted handmade Saa papers from Thailand. Sheets are all individually hand created by an artist, No two sheets are ever the same. Good for screens, wallcoverings, crafts and a multitude of projects requiring a truly individual paper.

These handmade paper are made by traditional techniques using a teak wood mould/deckle. Handmade papers take the size of the mould and have four deckled edges on full sized sheets.
